Can I change the dates of my course?

You will absolutely be able to change the dates of you course due to the ongoing Covid restrictions.  Please email me and we can discuss the dates.

I'd like something bespoke, can I hire you for a day?

Of course, I get a lot of requests from people for certain dates or specific challenges.  A day costs £160, please get in contact to discuss your request.

How fit do I need to be?

You will need to be able to walk 10km (5-6 miles) and expect to ascend 200-500m in height each day.  This is dependant on each course and the individuals on it.  The courses are paced to allow us to learn and use our brains as much as possible.  If you have any questions please contact me, and we can talk through some options.

 

What equipment should I come with?

You will need to have waterproofs, boots, warm clothes and some food and a drink.  Always worth putting in an extra top just incase we need to stop and talk.

Age Limit?

No.

How are we going to look after the environment?

It's so important to me that we preserve the lovely environment that we go into.  We will take all rubbish away with us and recycle when we can.  Where I can I can offer lifts to have less impact on the environment.

How much time is spent indoors/outdoors?

The majority of the course is outside, some time inside to review the day (at a cafe).

Accommodation?

Plenty of accomodation all over the Lakes, if you can't find anywhere, give me a message and I will try and recommend somewhere.

 

Do I need to bring my own food?

Yes and plenty of it! You will need enough food to sustain you all day.  I also would recommend a bottle of water and a hot flask.

Cancellation policy?

If there is not enough people booked on to the course, then we will either reschedule or you will get a refund.

Cancel within 4 weeks of your course starting then you will recieve 50% back, if you would like to reschedule instead please contact me.

Cancel with more than 4 weeks until the start date of your course and you will receive a full refund.
